Any individual or organization can submit a public records request to the Public Information Officer, by mail at 2300 Virginia Ave., Fort Pierce, FL 34982; or you can go directly to our My St. Lucie Support Center to process your request.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, the request should be very specific and detailed with regard to what information is being sough
Note that the County is allowed to charge a fee to furnish a copy of the record. Standard copies are 15 cents single-sided and 20 cents double-sided. If the request requires extensive use of information technology resources and/or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance a special service charge based on the cost incurred will apply. In most circumstances, the Public Information Officer will notify requesters within 5 - 7 business days after receiving a request of any fees required.
