14 permanent exhibits that chronologically showcase the history of St. Lucie County including:

• Artifacts from the Treasure Coast's early people, the Ais Tribe
• Re-created Seminole Encampment
• 1838 Second Seminole War uniforms and material from Old Fort Pierce
• Turn of the century industries: fishing, pineapple, cattle and citrus
• Downtown Fort Pierce and the P.P. Cobb General Store
• One of Fort Pierce's 1st fire engines, a 1919 American La France fire engine pumper
• Hill Family photographic collection (Early 20th century St. Lucie County)
• World War II and the United States Naval Amphibious Training Base

A guided tour of the 1908 Register-Gardner House is included with admission. Audio tours available free of charge.
