Tuesday, May 27, 2008 - Parks & Rec Offers Dog Trick Classes June 11

Teach your dog a new trick as the St. Lucie County Parks and Recreation Department hosts Dog Trick Training Classes at the Fort Pierce Community Center, starting Wednesday, June 11.

This four-week course takes place on Wednesdays from 7 - 8 p.m., and will teach dog owners how to communicate with their pets. Training your dog to perform a simple trick provides a great opportunity for your dog to practice the art of learning while having fun.

The cost to participate is $75 for the four-part workshop, and participants must have completed the ''Basic Dog Obedience Class'' at the Fort Pierce Community Center.
