SLCTV - Presentation Guidelines

Please be aware that all Board of County Commission, St. Lucie County Code Enforcement and Metropolitan Planning Organization meetings held in the Commission Chambers are televised.

If you are a consultant, developer or non-profit planning to make a presentation during any public meeting that will be televised, please abide by the following guidelines:

• The text in all electronic presentations (Word, PowerPoint) should be at least 22 points or larger and in an easy-to-read font (Arial, Times, etc.)

• All electronic presentations must be brought to the Commission Chambers on a floppy disk, CD or a portable USB Jump Drive.

• Please contact the Media Relations Department at least 24 hours in advance if you are planning to show an electronic presentation: 772-462-1869.

• If you have to bring in a presentation on a laptop - you must notify the Media Relations Department in advance, and should also still bring in a backup on a disk, CD or a portable USB Jump Drive.
