Code Enforcement

This site is designed to provide information and assistance to residents, business owners and home owners. There are currently 5 Code Enforcement Officers assigned to patrol the county.  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we are located on the second floor of the county building at 2300 Virginia Ave. Ft. Pierce, Fl 34982.

It is the purpose of this site to try and answer questions and educate St. Lucie County residents about County Codes.  Included in our link menu to the right is a contact list, FAQ, and a Response Form for complaints.

We have added to this site our Fine Reduction Request Form.  If you have a current Code Enforcement Fine and you have abated your violation, then you can use this form to request a Fine Reduction.  You must bring the request to the Code Enforcement offices Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00p.m.  your request will be taken to the board for consideration.

For further information on Code Enforcement please call our office at (772)462-1571.
