In this workshop, you will learn how to make sure everyone in the conversation has a chance to share. You will learn how to frame an issue, so that everyone understands the problem clearly. Conversations require people, so we will share strategies for recruiting diverse groups of community members. You will have an opportunity to practice using a variety of facilitation tools to ensure successful conversation management. This event is designed to benefit community leaders, non-profit organization representatives and those seeking to elicit productive and impactful community dialogue that leads to community action.
The workshop is free and will take place at the Havert L. Fenn Center, 2000 Virginia Ave. in Fort Pierce.
