The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners and the Florida Department of Health in St. Lucie County will host a ribbon cutting ceremony in celebration of the opening of a newly acquired St. Lucie County Health Department location on Wednesday, May 18 at 10 a.m.
Located at 1701 South 23rd St. in Fort Pierce, the site recently underwent renovations with substantial upgrades to enhance customer service and program delivery. This location will house several programs, including maternal and child health, linkage to care, case management and adult dental services, as well as allow for the expansion of the Forever Smiles pediatric dental services into the Fort Pierce area in the near future.
One or more Commissioner is expected to be in attendance.
