Tai Chi Lecture & Demo

Hildie and Hector Ruiz-Puyana both hold black belts in Karate and Taekwondo, and are certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Diabetes, Tai Chi for Beginners (Yang Style), and Tai chi for Energy. Hector and Hildie love to deepen and share their knowledge of Tai Chi with anyone who would like to improve their balance, strength and overall well-being.

Bring a friend and join us for this free informative demonstration and tryout.  No reservations are required. Make sure you are dressed comfortably, and wear flat shoes with support and backing.
