Get your feet wet and discover the interesting inhabitants of seagrass beds in the Indian River Lagoon! The program will begin inside the Aquarium with a brief presentation about seagrasses, followed by an outdoor seine netting lesson before we enter the water to collect animals in the same manner as Smithsonian scientists and aquarists! All participants must wear clothes that can get wet and water shoes that cover the foot or have heel straps. Price includes Aquarium admission. Advance payment and registration are required as space is limited. Register now by calling 772-465-3271 or email SMSEducation@si.edu.
