Whether they slither, swim, or crawl, these reptiles are sure to fascinate. See them up close and discover what makes each of them unique. On Saturday, September 17th at 10am the Oxbow will be hosting “Ramblin’ Reptiles” presented by naturalist Jerry Walls.
Learn interesting and fun facts about these cold-blooded creatures. Reptiles can get a bad reputation, but they play an important role in our environment. Understanding how snakes, lizards, and tortoises help us can lead to a different approach the next time you see one in the wild. Learning new information and getting involved are the first steps to making a connection with the natural world.
Bring your camera for an unforgettable picture and a family member or friend along to share in the fun! Ramblin Reptiles is an event for all ages. Cost is $5 per person and space is limited so RSVP is a must.
