Participants will learn how wildlife, weather, soil and humans are all connected in a world that is designed to work beautifully. This two-part class combines a hands-on classroom experience with observational field excursions to give a well-rounded introduction to Florida’s ecosystems with an emphasis on the biodiversity at the Oxbow Eco-Center. Whether you’re a beginning naturalists or just looking for a refresher, this is a great opportunity to become familiar with one of St. Lucie County’s most treasured preserves.
