St. Lucie Audubon Society presents “St. Lucie Estuary/Southern Indian River Lagoon Water Resource Summary” on Thursday, Jan. 5 at 7 p.m. Kathryn LaMartina, South Florida Water Management District Regional Representative, will be explaining the district’s systems in the Treasure Coast; how we got to where we are today regarding water management; how and why we have fluctuations in water levels and water quality and what is being done to enhance water resources.
