With the partnership of the community-driven Facebook group PSL Rocks, the Oxbow is spreading kindness around our community, one rock at a time.
People all over the country are painting rocks and then leaving them around town, in parks, on trails, and downtown streets (with permission). Once you hide a rock take a picture, leave a clue and post on social media for others to find it. It’s a fun and creative way to combine art, nature and family time. Don’t miss this fun opportunity to show your creative side and help “rock” the Oxbow!
The cost is only $3 and includes all supplies. Each participant gets to paint three rocks and then they are encouraged to join a short guided hike to “hide” a rock on our beautiful preserve. Appropriate for all ages. Space is limited. Reservations are required.
