Explore Archery is an innovative education program which introduces beginners of all ages and abilities to the lifelong sport of target archery. USA Archery and the Archery Trade Association developed Explore Archery with the support of the Easton Foundations. The Oxbow supports these organizations and the belief that Explore Archery can serve as a foundation for development of community-based archery recreation.
This program includes an outdoor classroom session and range time. All archery equipment will be provided- we do not allow personal equipment for this course. Please bring a snack and water bottle, closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather. Participants are encouraged to wear a mask. This program is appropriate for ages 10 & up, however participants under the age of 15 must have a legal guardian present.
Cost is $20/person for anyone planning to participate on the range (shoot bows).
