Designed for landscapers, spray technicians and irrigation specialists, this workshop will teach participants about the different types of fertilizers and their effects on soil ph. Participants will be able to make their own fertilizer schedule and know the importance of proper irrigation and fertilization. They will learn the different herbicide modes of action, and when and how to rotate herbicides. The workshop will also cover pre-emergence and post-emergence herbicides available and compare their effectiveness.
After completing this workshop, participants will be eligible to choose from the following Continuing Education Units (CEUs):

- Limited Certification Commercial Landscape Maintenance
- Commercial Lawn and Ornamental
- Limited Urban Fertilizer.
