The UF/IFAS Extension St. Lucie County Office and the UF/IFAS Master Gardener Volunteer will be holding the 40th Annual Spring Sale on Saturday, May 13 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the St. Lucie County Extension Office, 8400 Picos Road.
On Friday, May 12 from 10 a.m. to noon, staff will host a special plant sale for our community members that may need some extra time in the plant nursery to shop. Master Gardener Volunteers can assist you if you use a scooter, wheelchair, walker or just need a little extra help getting around.
The money raised during plant sales goes toward horticulture and educational programs as well as scholarships to students that have been accepted into a Florida college and plan to follow a course in horticulture, environmental science, agriculture or any related fields.
