Chair Yoga

Are you inspired to access the benefits of yoga from the comfort of your own chair? In this class, traditional asanas (or yoga poses) are cued to participants who
are seated in a sturdy chair.

Great for those concerned about balance or who may not feel comfortable with standing poses on a mat. All adults welcome.
