Chi Meditation Practice

Designed to improve the body's natural energy flow, regulate breathing, boost immunity and remove stagnation (energy blockages) to enhance physiological
and psychological well-being.

Classes will be facilitated by Rosalee McCurdy PhD.

Open to adults 18 and over.

All Library programs are free and open to the public.
