A Multi-Resource Agency Center (MARC) will open Saturday, Oct. 12 at 10 a.m. at the Havert L. Fenn Center in Fort Pierce, 2000 Virginia Ave., to assist St. Lucie County residents who experienced losses from Hurricane Milton. The MARC is scheduled to be open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Organizations on site include Hope Navigators registering unmet needs, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, the Florida Department of Health, Florida Department of Children & Families and Department of Business and Professional Regulation and State Emergency Response Team. The State Emergency Response Team will also have a limited number of tarps to hand out to residents.
