Chi Meditation @ Morningside Library

Chi Meditation

Learn the practices of Chi Meditation, which is designed to improve the body’s natural flow, regulate breathing, boost immunity and remove stagnation (energy blockages) to enhance physiological and psychological well-being. 

Classes will be facilitated by Rosalee McCurdy PhD.

Open to adults 18 and over.

All Library programs are free and open to the public.
