The Citizen Advisory Task Force (CATF) increases public awareness of the function of the Community Development Block Grant Program and the types of assistance available to low and moderate income residents. In this role, the Task Force reviews and provides input on the grant applications, the implementation of community projects, as well as hears disputes that may arise between program beneficiaries and contractors.

The CATF was established via Resolution 95-065. The current CATF members were appointed on September 4, 2012.

Task force members must reside in low to moderate income neighborhoods. 

Member terms continue as long as the members wish to serve.

• Meetings are held on an as needed basis, usually every couple years.
