IMPORTANT NOTICE:

St. Lucie County has launched a new online platform (known as Tyler EnerGov) for permitting, planning, code enforcement, and contractor licensing. This new platform will allow for convenient electronic submittal of applications and facilitate the processing and tracking of applications from submittal to closure through an online web-based system. We are no longer accepting paper applications, applications via email, etc. Applications will only be accepted through the new online platform. Please do not email documents to individual employees unless a staff member specifically requests information.

The webpage will be updated frequently with information on meetings, training, how-to information, and other helpful information related to the implementation of the new platform. We are excited to serve you with our new online platform and greatly appreciate your patience during our transition!

To submit an ERD Permit Application:

1. Open the link above.

2. Click blue tab stating the following: Click here for Online Citizen Self Service Platform (Tyler EnerGov).

3. Login or create an account.

4. In the search bar, type in the relevant permit title (i.e., Vegetation Removal, Dune Trimming, Wetland Waiver, Shoreline Variance).

Be advised that Dune Trimming Season is only open from March 1st - October 1st. Applications will not be accepted until the last week of February.
