The Help Desk is the first point of contact for both internal and external customers of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Its purpose is to provide technical solutions either through its own resources or in collaboration with other appropriate Information Technology divisions.

Primary services include:

  • Logging of problem tickets
  • Desktop support for BOCC and Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
  • Mobile device support for BOCC and Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
  • Purchasing of hardware and software
  • Hardware and software installation, configuration, and upgrade
  • Inventory of equipment, software, and licenses
  • Capital asset disposal
