Network Services 

Network facilitates services for the acquisition, installation, configuration and updates to the data, systems and infrastructure of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). The purpose is to provide an environment to allow our customers to work smarter and be productive at their job.

Telecom Services

Telecom provides collaboration services to the BOCC. This service allows our customers to communicate efficiently in many different ways connecting voice, video and messaging services across the network. 

Telecom Services Provided:

• Voice over IP phone service
• Creation and configuration of Call Centers and Auto Attendants
• Cell Phone Services
• Monitoring
• Add and Troubleshoot Circuits
• Move/Add/Change for cabling requirements

Security Services

Security protects the data, devices, systems, infrastructure from bad threat actors. This service is designed to protect the integrity, confidentiality and accessibility of the information that is used in the county to conduct business.

• Internet security
• Computer/Server Endpoint Protection
• Intrusion Protection System
• Email Protection
• Network scans and investigations
• Public records requests
• Access control systems
• Security cameras
