St. Lucie County is seeking new vendors, who are interested in doing business with St. Lucie County, and asking existing vendors, who are interested in continuing to do business with St. Lucie County, to fill out the Vendor Registration Form.  This information will enable St. Lucie County to keep a list of vendors and make sure that our records are correct and up to date.  This list will be used to help secure oral and written quotes for St. Lucie County to utilize when needing goods and services.

St. Lucie County is asking that the information on both pages be clearly typed or handwritten.  All of the information is very important, so we ask that all of the answers be provided.

St. Lucie County requires that any vendor wishing to do business with us carry any and all licenses as required by St. Lucie County, any municipality (City of Ft. Pierce or City of Port St. Lucie) or the State of Florida, as required by law.  Proof of all licenses must be provided to the County.

St. Lucie County requires vendors to carry our minimum insurance requirements.  This is only required when a vendor is providing a service to St. Lucie County outside their physical business location.  This is including, but not limited to, all construction related services and mobile services or repairs.  Insurance is not required for the purchase and delivery of goods, parts, or materials.  Proof of all insurance coverage must be provided to the County before any work can be performed.

St. Lucie County also requests that each vendor provide us with a list of products, materials, services, and/or repairs that can be provided so we can better categorize the vendor list.

Submittal of this registration will NOT guarantee that the vendor will be automatically notified of formal Bids/RFP/RFQ.  It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to proactively seek formal bidding opportunities through our local newspaper legal advertisements or the County Purchasing website.
