• Provide a copy of lease or title to property
• Remit deposit and fees. Deposits are eligible to be refunded after 24 months of satisfactory credit

Connecting utilities at a location that has never had water or wastewater service can also be done online, by phone, or in person.

• Complete the New Customer Application
• Provide a copy of driver's license or ID, title to property
• Pay all connection fees and deposits
