Source
The District gets the drinking water we deliver to our customers through two different means. The first is from the two water treatment plants we own and operate. The second is through bulk water service we receive through a partnership with a neighboring utility. The source of water in both instances is groundwater.
Treatment
The Holiday Pines Water Treatment Plant is the largest of our two water treatment plants. At the Holiday Pines Water Treatment Plant groundwater is treated using a reverse osmosis process through goes through a multi-step treatment process.

The Cross Connection Control Policy establishes the procedures and guidelines to prevent the cross-connection between the potable water system and non-potable systems.
