St. Lucie County Utilities is excited to announce the implementation of the Daupler Incident Response Management System! With this system, customers can report incidents and service disruptions on a cell phone, tablet, or computer through Daupler’s user-friendly web-based system. When reporting an incident, our customers can upload photos, add comments, and track the progress of their request. Furthermore, the Daupler Incident Response Management System enables St. Lucie County Utilities to send real-time mass notification to customers regarding boil-water notices, and other pertinent information. This system reduces overall paperwork and improves data.
